For Gabrielle Chanel, creation was an act of absolute freedom. She drew inspiration from her travels, memories and personal beliefs, turning them into enduring symbols that became signatures of her aesthetic. The star recalled the skies above the Abbey of Aubazine, where she spent part of her childhood, the camellia became her iconic flower, the Mediterranean sun reflected her love of the Riviera, and the lion embodied both her zodiac sign and a symbol of strength.

Among the collection’s highlights is the Imprimé Lion Necklace, a striking plastron that brings together the camellia, star, sun and lion in a dramatic composition centred around a 20.66-carat octagonal-cut sapphire. Crafted in white and pink gold, custom-cut diamonds create a fluid, fabric-like effect that culminates in a sculptural diamond-paved lion’s head.

The Imprimé Émeraude Ring continues this dialogue between geometry and colour, showcasing a 10.44-carat octagonal-cut emerald framed by bespoke-cut diamonds and subtle camellia motifs.

The lion, a recurring symbol within CHANEL High Jewelry since 2012, takes centre stage throughout the collection.
